When contacting support, please include your device model, iOS version, app version, a short description of the issue, and steps to reproduce the issue if possible.

Importing Files

ClassicHandheld lets you import your own supported game files from your device.

1. Open ClassicHandheld.
2. Tap the Import button.
3. Choose Files.
4. Select a supported file from your device.
5. Return to the Home screen.
6. Select the imported item to start playing.

ClassicHandheld does not include, sell, download, or provide games or copyrighted game content. Users are responsible for importing only files they have the legal right to use.

Save and Load

ClassicHandheld supports save states.

• Tap Save to create a new save state.
• Tap Load to load the most recent save state.
• The app may automatically load the latest save when starting a game.

Storage Management

You can manage imported files from the Storage section inside the app menu. From there, you can view imported files and remove files you no longer need.

Troubleshooting

If a file does not start:

• Make sure the file is supported.
• Make sure the file is not damaged.
• Try importing the file again.
• Restart the app and try again.

If the app has no sound:

• Check the app sound setting.
• Check your device volume.
• Make sure silent mode or focus settings are not affecting playback.

Legal Use

ClassicHandheld is intended for lawful use with user-owned files and legally available homebrew content.

Do not import or use files unless you have the legal right to use them.
